If you are an non-corporate customer, you can contact us by using our online enquiry form or by messaging us on Whatsapp for which the link is provided in our homepage.
For corporate customers, please contact us for a account login after which you may be able to book your rides via our booking system.

LimoGenie will be providing the vehicle with all associated costs like insurance & petrol.
Yes. Free waiting period for 20 minutes but thereafter there will be charges incurred.
Customers are required to book for at least a minimum of 3 hours.
Yes. You will be able to request for extra stops and pickups at extra charges.
The full rate of the total rate will be imposed for any cancellation which is less than 1 hour.
Singapore law doesn't allow children below 1.35m to travel without appropriate child seats. Please request for a child seat when booking.
Unfortunately due to hygiene purposes, we will not accept pets in our vehicles.
